Summary: Launch of the new Telecom brand identity by harnessing a unique collaboration of artists, animators and regular New Zealanders.

The challenge was to define the role of the brand, by focusing on New Zealanders themselves. Through conversations with Kiwis it became clear that there’s one thing that really inspires or motivates each of them – their “spark”. So Saatchi & Saatchi invited real New Zealanders to share their sparks. Illustrators and animators then created depictions of these, using real footage and material supplied by our eight selected New Zealanders. Demonstrating that it’s Telecom’s role to help bring every Kiwi’s spark to life.
